Our leading heat pump is engineered with Lennox’ most advanced cold climate technology, using a variable-speed compressor with Electronic Refrigerant Injection (ERI) to adjust the energy usage based on the outside temperature. In colder temperatures, the ERI increases heating output efficiently, providing the warm, rich comfort of a gas furnace with the efficiency of a heat pump.

To reduce operating sound levels, the SL22KLV uses a sound-dampening system with a precision-balanced, direct-drive fan to ensure smooth, quiet operation. This lets it operate at a volume as quiet as 58 dB, or the sound of a microwave.
